If you receive a damaged item, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), which is necessary for processing your return. Please ensure to include this number with your return.

 

Returns typically take up to 10 business days to process from the date we receive them at our warehouse. Once processed, you may be eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
