Our Membership Policy
Please review the following policies that govern your exclusive cigar experience:
Membership Term:
At The Burnt Leaf, memberships are available as either month-to-month or annual subscriptions. Regardless of the day you sign up, your next payment will always be on the 1st of the following month. For example, if you sign up on March 2nd, your next payment will be due on May 1st, and it will include any additional charges to cover the period from April 2nd to April 30th.
Membership Fees:
The standard monthly membership fee is $60, and the premium fee is $150, plus applicable 7% FL Sales tax. All fees, including tax, will be charged automatically to the provided payment method upon sign-up.
Cancellation Policy:
​Members can cancel anytime without additional fees by logging into their account on our official website and following the cancellation instructions in the Membership Settings section. Cancellation requests post-payment will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Payment Declines:
In case of a declined payment, a second attempt will be made within 7 days. Failure to update payment information within this period will result in automatic membership cancellation.
Refunds
Membership fees, including tax, are non-refundable.

Bring Your Own Bottle
For Premium members exclusively, the privilege of bringing and securely storing personal bottles within their designated lockers is granted, subject to a corkage fee of $10 per bottle. However, Standard members shall be subject to the standard corkage fee of $20 per bottle.
Lost Key Replacement:
In the event that a key is lost, a replacement fee of $50 will be charged to cover the cost of key replacement and associated administrative expenses. Replacement keys can be collected at The Burnt Leaf Lounge during regular business hours. Please bring a valid form of identification for verification.
Monthly Cigar Delivery:
Standard members receive 2 cigars monthly, available for pick-up from the 15th. Premium members get 5 cigars placed in their humidors from the 15th. Members are unable to choose specific cigars.
Communication:
Members will receive regular email communication regarding events, promotions, and updates. Ensure your contact information is updated for important notifications.
Modification of Terms:
The Burnt Leaf reserves the right to modify these policies. Members will be notified of significant changes.
Termination of Membership:
The Burnt Leaf reserves the right to terminate or suspend memberships for policy violations or inappropriate behavior, with due notification to affected members.
