Strength & Body

Medium

A smooth, approachable medium-bodied cigar with enough richness to keep things interesting. The larger 60 ring gauge keeps the smoke relatively cool and mellow.

Flavor Profile

First Third
Dark cocoa, earth, cedar and a touch of pepper. The Maduro wrapper brings an immediate sweetness and richness.

Second Third
Coffee and dark chocolate become more prominent, joined by roasted nuts, leather and a subtle natural sweetness. The profile remains smooth and balanced.

Final Third
The cigar deepens with espresso, earth, leather and dark chocolate. Pepper picks up slightly toward the end, adding some needed intensity without overpowering the blend.

Construction & Burn

Well-made and generously sized. Excellent smoke production from the 60 ring gauge, with a solid draw and a generally dependable burn. The Magnum is definitely a commitment, but it doesn’t feel unnecessarily heavy.

Overall Experience

The Blind Man’s Bluff Maduro Magnum is a classic Caldwell-style smoke: flavorful, smooth and easygoing, with enough complexity to keep you engaged. The Maduro wrapper gives it the darker character you’d expect while the Dominican/Nicaraguan core keeps the cigar lively.

Burnt Leaf Insight

Big ring gauge, but not a big attitude. This is a great choice when you want a long, relaxed smoke with chocolate, coffee and earthy Maduro characteristics without stepping into full-strength territory.
