This Limited Cigar Association release centers around an experimental Ecuadorian Hybrid wrapper, a cross between Habano and Sumatra seed. The crop was produced in such limited quantities that it was never large enough to support a regular production line, causing most manufacturers to pass on it altogether. Rather than letting this exceptional tobacco disappear, the blend was built around it.
The wrapper is paired with a Dominican Cibao binder and a carefully selected combination of Peruvian, Costa Rican, and Nicaraguan fillers. After rolling, every cigar rested in the aging room for two full years before release, allowing the tobaccos to marry into a refined and balanced smoking experience.
Because the wrapper was acquired as a one-time opportunity, the savings were passed directly to LCA members, creating a cigar that delivers far more character than its price suggests. Once this tobacco is gone, it is unlikely to be cultivated again, making this a genuinely limited smoking experience.
