Cancellation Policy
Welcome to The Burnt Leaf Lounge Private Lounge Reservations – your key to an exclusive and refined experience. Here's everything you need to know: Reservation Details: To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. The deposit is transferrable to another day, time, or can be converted into a lounge credit if the cancellation is made at least one hour before the reservation time. Refunds are not transferrable and cannot be converted into a lounge credit for no-shows. Spirit Selections: Spirit selections are subject to availability. Our team will do their best to accommodate your preferences. Package Inclusions: All packages are designed for up to 6 people, ensuring an intimate and comfortable experience. Duration and Timing: Depending on your chosen package, reservations have a maximum duration of 2 to 3 hours. Please note that the clock starts ticking at the reservation time, not when guests arrive. Post-Reservation Timeframe: Once the reservation limit expires, we kindly request guests to vacate the private lounge area. Guests are welcome to linger in our communal areas or extend their experience by purchasing another package, provided there is no subsequent reservation. Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to the final check-out amount, ensuring our dedicated staff is recognized for their exceptional service.
